Improve and Build Healthy Relationships

Ephesians 2:10 (TLB) says, “It is God Himself who has made us what we are and given us new lives from Christ Jesus; and long ages ago he planned that we should spend these lives in helping others!” Provers 27:23-24 says, “Riches can disappear fast. And the king’s crown doesn’t stay in his family forever – so watch your business interests closely.”

This verse reveals the insight that leaders should have in tending to the lock. Know the state of your flocks and herds. People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care. One of the keys to building healthy relationships is knowing how to get along with people. Pastors and ministry leaders should constantly seek to know the state of those they minister to on a weekly basis.

This class is designed to share insight that can help pastors and leaders evaluate the condition of the church and its ministries. Remember, God has called us to live out the Christian life together.
