Holding Ministry Leaders Accountable

Matthew 25:19 (TLB) states “After a long time their master retuned from his trip and called them to him to account for his money.”

This verse discloses what an owner did to ensure that his servants were being good stewards of their resources. All churches regardless of size, budget or employees should have measures in place to evaluate leaders. Although leaders do not require a formal position to make a difference, God rarely calls them to act alone. He usually calls them to be a part of a team to be sent out by an organization, such as a local church. Some leaders send; others go! Both are important to the success of the church.

This class is designed to formulate a means for conveying what is expected from leaders as well as a way to hold them responsible.
