Romans 12:8 (TLB) “If you are a preacher, see to it that your sermons are strong and helpful. If God has given you money, be generous in helping others with it. If God has given you administrative ability and put you in charge of the work of others, take that responsibility seriously. Those who offer comfort to the sorrowing should do with Christian cheer.”

This verse reveals that leading others is a priority to the Lord. Throughout the Holy Word there are many individuals who maximized their leadership positions. Modern day ministry leaders should have a strong passion to do the same. You can be a part of a generation that is simultaneously leading with conviction and driven by the conviction to lead.
